Max Patté: Unfolding, Club Diamondz, Double Bay 2026 - Colours of Home #003 sets pale sky blue, blush, cream and deep maroon into a mesh of angular planes, each painted flat in oil. Patté sketches these compositions on his iPad before painting them by hand, which gives them the precision of a digital drawing and the surface of a traditional canvas. The effect here is light and airy, like looking up through blossom against the sky. It shares its format with the other canvases in the series, so it can hang alone or as part of a pair.
