Max Patté: Unfolding, Club Diamondz, Double Bay 2026 - Colours of Home #004 is the warmest of the 2025 canvases: rose, raspberry and oxblood triangles set against pale blue and cream. The darker reds settle into the lower half while lighter planes open up above, giving the painting a sense of weight coming to rest. As with every work in the series, the palette is drawn from the colours of place and reassembled into a faceted field. Hung alone or as a pair, it reads as part of a clear family.
