This collection of seven pieces, in midfire clay and black iron oxide, comprises cones, crowns, bells, and a figure standing at human height. Designed and crafted by Melbourne-based visual artist Belinda Wiltshire, the collection is driven by the physics of making: balance, suspension, and the moment a sphere steadies itself against a wire. There is rigour here, and quiet wit. Forms that hold tension between the elemental and the playful, the severe and the animated.
